*Brandy Oskilanec is having surgery this wednesday (2/17/2010). She is in need of some help with their family responsibilities. If you are willing to help out, please contact Karen Pula at karenpula74@gmail.com.
*Saturday February 20th will be a Goodwill Book/Donation Drive at Exploration Park from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Goodwill will be collecting books and other items to help fund the services they provide to the residents of Southern Nevada.
*February 22nd Clark County and the Bureau of Land Mangagement have scheduled an area clean-up for Mountain's Edge. Volunteers are welcome to help with this clean-up. Registration starts at 8:00am with the actual clean-up running from 8:30 am to 4:00pm. Please stop by the registration trailer to sign up if you would like to help. The trailer will be located at El Capitan Way and Maravilla Grove Way. Children under 18 need to have an adult with them. Please wear comfortable work clothes and boots. Gloves and supplies will be provided.
*March 4th at 7pm come and learn how to crochet and make burp cloths for newborn babies. It will be at Sister Gorup's home. Please bring a crochet hook. If anyone has a hem stitching machine please contact Eileen Mendez.
